Seputeh used to be an obscure neighbourhood off Old Klang Road in Kuala Lumpur. Subsequently, when Mid Valley Megamall planted itself opposite it, Seputeh was inadvertently thrust into the radar of property hotspots. The housing area across one of the country’s most prominent retail centre is among the most well-equipped in terms of connectivity and amenity.

Besides Mid Valley City, Seputeh is minutes away from Bangsar, Brickfields, Taman Desa and KL Sentral. It is easily accessible via Federal Highway, Jalan Syed Putra and New Pantai Expressway, connecting it to practically every part of the Klang Valley such as KL city centre, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Kelana Jaya and Puchong. The township is also closely connected to the KL-Seremban Highway.

Public transportation here is available via KTM line at Seputeh station, which is then extended directly to Mid Valley City itself.

Buses and taxis are in abundance in the area, a bonus for Seputeh commuters.

A proposed direct link from one of the upcoming projects to New Pantai Expressway as well as a proposed KL Monorail station that will extend up to Bandar Sunway including Old Klang Road is in the pipeline.
